Returns and Refunds

Our refund and returns policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the Delivery Date, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How do I return my order?

We really hope you won’t need to return or exchange your item but if you do, we promise to deal with all returns and exchanges quickly.

All items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged (unless the item was damaged upon receipt) Once we’ve received the item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned product.

We work very hard every day to make sure our customers are happy with our products and services. It is our motto to never compromise on quality. However, certain circumstances may require returns or exchanges, you can read all about our return policy here.

If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase, we will gladly refund or exchange your item within 30 days from the date you received it. All items must be returned with a valid packing slip.

Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original sleeve packaging. Please include your original packing slip so we can locate your order.

Exchanges

Any item you purchased from our store can be exchanged or returned on the following basis:

  • Must be in original condition with packaging and tags attached
  • Fit is not accurate
  • If the item is defective or damaged during transit. (Required images with original tags)
  • Received item is different than what was ordered. (Required images with original tags)
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. Please confirm that we have the item you are looking for.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {nfo@holaida.com} and send your item to {Uzupio 7, Vilnius, Lithuania, LT 01200}.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellation of Order

Order cancellation requests can be placed within (1) day of an order (If not Shipped) or will result in a flat deduction of 25% from your ordered item’s amount.

There is no restocking fee
